David Belser and Susan Parke concentrate their law practice on criminal defense and personal injury cases in state and federal court in both North and South Carolina.

David focuses on handling serious criminal cases at the trial, appeal and post-conviction stages of court. He has handled thousands of cases over the course of his career, including many of the biggest death penalty cases in western North Carolina.

Susan concentrates her practice on criminal cases at the District and Superior court levels in western North Carolina.  She also consults in jury selection in death penalty cases.
